Aujourd’hui une tenue en complète opposition avec celle de lundi. Après le noir on passe au orange. Une robe de chez Dorothy Perkins sur laquelle j’avais flashée depuis le premier jour mais j’étais un peu hésitante vu que les robes sont souvent très courtes chez eux. Finalement la longueur est raisonnable et parfaite avec des collants. C’est pas encore du color block mais on s’en approche, non? ;)

Today an outfit which is kinda the opposite of the one from Monday. After black I switched to orange. The dress is from Dorothy Perkins and it was love at first sight from the beginning, but I always hesitate because their dresses are so short. After all the length is just fine and perfect with tights. I am not color blocking yet but that’s a start, don’t you think? ;)

Black Swan

Au plus on approche de l’été au plus je ressors des vêtements noirs. Bizarre, non? Une contre-réaction à la tendance color block peut-être? ;)

Encore une fois des pièces de chez Carmakoma. Si simples à accorder quand on est en manque d’inspiration. Ici j’ai décidé de porter la robe Alphabeat comme veste.

The closer we get to Summer, the more I pick up black clothes. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Maybe a reaction to the color block trend? ;)

Once again many pieces from Carmakoma. They are so easy to put together when you’re lacking inspiration. Here I am wearing the Alphabeat dress as a jacket.

Evans Collection

La semaine du 25 avril, Evans lancera une nouvelle collection capsule: Evans Collection.

L’accent ici est mis sur des coupes classiques mais suivant quand même les grandes les tendances. On note par exemple le retour de la jupe plissée mais en version extra longue. Les tissus sont aussi de qualité supérieure et de ce fait la collection sera un peu plus chère (£35-£75).

Personnellement je suis agréablement surprise et je pense que les vêtements ont beaucoup de potentiel.

Jetez un oeil au slideshow en bas d’article et dites moi ce que vous en pensez.

The week of April 25th Evans will launch a capsule collection: Evans Collection.

The accent is put on classic pieces but still modern and trendy. Like the comeback of the pleated skirt but as an extra long one. The quality of the fabric will also be higher than usual and thus the prices will be higher too (£35-75).

Personally I am really surprised and I think the clothes have a lof of potential. Check out the slideshow below and let me know what you think!

Spring Is In The Air

ASOS Curve et moi, j’avoue ce n’était pas le grand amour. Je n’ai pas du tout aimé ce qu’ils ont fait au début et par après j’ai renvoyé des articles car les coupes ne me convenaient pas du tout. Mais depuis quelques mois de très jolis articles débarquent chaque semaine sur le site et je me suis donc laissée tenter par cette robe. Simple mais je la trouve parfaite pour ce printemps. J’avais fait une twitpic d’une idée de tenue la semaine dernière mais finalement j’ai changé quelques petites choses… Plus de ceinture et finalement un collier Miss Selfridges déniché aux soldes à Londres pour quelques £.

I admit that ASOS Curve and I weren’t really best friends. I didn’t like what they offered at first and then I had to send back a few items because the cuts didn’t work for me. But since a couple of months really nice clothes arrive every week on the site. So I decided to get this dress. It’s very simple but I love it for Spring. I tweeted a picture of an eventual outfit last week, but after all I changed a few things. No more belt but instead a necklace from Miss Selfridges that I got during the sales in London for a few £.

Pour les fans de vernis, l’association Essie – In Stitches et Gosh – Rainbow est juste superbe mais très difficile à prendre en photo.

For the nailpolish fans, the Essie – In Stitches paired with Gosh – Rainbow is just amazing but really difficult to take a picture of.
