A savoir: le jeans m’a été offert. Je ne sais pas compensée autrement pour faire cette critique et il s’agit d’une opinion objective.

Il y a quelques semaines, j’ai été contacté par DoMyJeans: Vêtements Personalisés et Sur Mesure afin de présenter la société. Ce que j’avais fait ici.

Pour rappel, DoMyJeans est un site qui permet de créer son jeans sur mesure. Karim m’a donc gentillement proposé de customiser mon propre jeans et je l’ai reçu il y a quelques jours. J’avais choisi un jeans modèle droit car ce genre de modèle est difficile à trouver à partir d’une certaine taille. J’avais le choix entre taille haute, basse et normale. J’ai choisi la taille normale. Pour le reste des détails je suis restée assez simple. Au niveau des mesures j’ai donné mon tour de taille, hanches, largeur de cuisse et entrejambe.

Tout d’abord je dois dire que le service consommateur est parfait. Il y a un vrai suivi de la commande et une réponse rapide aux emails. Après un délai de 2 semaines, le jeans m’est parvenu en quelques jours. Le colis est super bien emballé, et le jeans arrive dans un emballage au nom de la société. Pour le jeans, voici mes points positifs et négatifs…

Positifs:

La matière du jeans est de très bonne qualité. Ni trop épais, ni trop fin.

Les finitions sont impeccables. Boutons très bien cousus. Aucun fil qui dépasse.

Les mesures données correspondent parfaitement. J’ai vérifié!

Négatifs:

Je pense qu’ici il s’agit d”une adaptation à faire au modèle car Wait & See qui a pu aussi tester un jeans arrive à la même conclusion: la partie genoux/mollet est trop serrée. Même pour un jeans droit il n’y a pas un bon équilibre entre la cuisse/genoux/mollet. J’espère donc que le site tiendra compte de cette remarque en nous proposant d’indiquer aussi nos mensurations au niveau du genoux et du mollet.

Ceci est peut-être un avis perso mais sur ce modèle les poches sont cousues trop basses. Elles devraient être 3 cm plus car il y a vraiment une gêne.

Du coup à cause de ses petites détails le jeans n’est pas vraiment mis en valeur.

En conclusion j’ai vraiment été impressionée par la qualité du jeans et je pense qu’avec quelques petits changements au niveau de ce modèle, on devrait vraiment arriver à commande un jeans qui épouse parfaitement nos formes.

Just to remind you, DoMyJeans is a wesbite that allows you to customize your own jeans. Karim gave me the opportunity to customize my own jeans and I got it a few days ago. I had chosen a straight leg model because this model is kinda difficult to find in plus size. I had the choice between high waist, normal waist and low waist. I chosed the normal waist. For the rest I kept it pretty simple. For the measurements I have my waist size, hips, rise and tigh size.

First of all I have to say that their customer service is perfect. They really follow up on your order and give a quick reply to your emails. After about 2 weeks the jeans was sent to me and it was home a few days after. The jeans was very safely packaged and in a plastic with the name of the company. As for the jeans here are my positive and negative points:

Positive:

The materials of the jeans is very high quality. Not to thick but not too thin either.

The finishings are perfect. All the buttons are sewn up perfectly. No hanging threads.

The measurements I have match the jeans. I checked!

Negative:

I think this is something that has to be adapted for this model because Wait & See reviewed the same model and came to the same conclusion: the knee/calf is too tight. Even for a straight leg jeans there isn’t a right balance between the tigh/knee/calf. So I hope the site will take this remark into account and give us the opportunity to also put down a measurements for the knee and calf.

This might be my personal opinion but on this model I think the pockets were sewned too low. They should be about 3 cm up because now it’s really not comfy.

Because of these little details the jeans doesn’t look its best on me.

In conclusion I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of the jeans. If the company works on these little details I think we can really order a jeans that fits us perfectly.
